I am currently a research asssistant working with Professor Peter Nencka in the Department of Economics at Miami University. My work is centered on natural language processing techniques for data manipulation and digitization.
In the past, I have worked on developing and modifying satellite simulation and analysis software for space missions funded by NASA JPL. This work was a part of the research being done in the Collective Design Lab and the Tradespace Analysis Toolkit for Constellations.
I have also worked on the Beyond Fingerprinting research project, funded by Sandia National Laboratories, focused on AI approaches to unearthing process-structure-property correlations in additive manufacturing. My work was focused on statistical machine learning for materials science. This work was in collaboration with Professor Kookjin Lee.
Previously, I was involved in the Wearipedia project under Snyder Labs at Stanford. I developed software that enabled clinical researchers to run large-scale medical studies and extract large datasets from Apple devices to Firebase efficiently without needing to write a line of code.
You can find my writing here. I write about research I am involved in or interested in, as well as other things in technology/computer science that catch my eye.
